Hi Sam. Just wanted to write a few words of thanks following my intro to stonemasonry course. Although I had an idea of what I wanted to make, I had no idea how I was going to do it, or if it was actually reasonable to try. I liked your 'give it a go and you will be amazed what you can do' approach. I had a really enjoyable 3 days and now have 2 pieces of my own stone carving as pride of place on our balcony. Sam. Just a quick note to say many thanks for the course which I greatly enjoyed. Had a complex trip back with the two bloody heavy stones, but got a lift from Ian to York and left them overnight at Left Luggage. Hope to get a couple of chisels to finish off the swallows before too long.
